Sherlook elaborates the classic game of differences’ system through an ingenious mechanism that contains a little mathematical secret. There are 40 images in the game that apparently depict the same crime scene. A somewhat bizarre crime, because the scene is full of extravagant objects … By placing two of these images chosen at random on the table, the player may notice small differences between them, as if someone had intervened to alter the crime scene: Some objects are no longer in the same position, others have been stolen, still others have been replaced or altered in shape or color
How many are these differences in total?
You have to find out by being faster than the other investigators; each player can choose a value between one and ten, although the same number can only be chosen by one player, so once the investigation is complete, the two images are turned and the mystery will be finally revealed.
Place two pictures as indicated on the token.
Be quick! Count the differences between the two images and take the “marker” with the corresponding number before the others.
When everyone has made their choice, turn over the two images and check the correct answer.
Whoever got the right number, or got closer, scores points.
